My journey into chiropractic began with a strong interest of health and wellbeing, which led me to study at Health Sciences University where I completed my chiropractic training. Alongside this, I achieved a Level 3 diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, further developing my skills in helping people recover from pain and injury.
During my studies, I undertook a paediatric placement which sparked a real interest in caring for children, and I am excited to continue treating paediatric patients and developing my knowledge in this area.
I also have a special interest in headaches in working with patients who experience headaches and jaw-related (TMJ) conditions, as well as supporting active individuals with sport injuries.
Outside of clinic, I love spending time with my family and keeping active through playing netball. Staying connected, moving well, and making time for things I enjoy are all valuable things I bring into my approach to patient care.
